What kind of speakers do you have? Only very high quality sound systems will notice the difference between the audio on the motherboard and a sound card.

I don't know where you're getting your pricing, but $130 is really low for the P8P67 pro - they're usually around $175. It's a good deal at $130, but just make sure someone is not trying to sell you the recalled B2 version. If it is actually $175 then maybe spring for a little more and get the P8Z68-V Pro.

The rest of it looks good, though.

For the pricing... I'm very very very patient :) The 130$ is the B3 version, new. It was a special on internet from a reputable user. The P8Z68-V has little over the P8p67 pro to be frank and I also heard that the onboard graphics interfered with the dedicated graphics (may just be a rumor). I'm suprised that you spotted the P8p67 as the best deal.... I thought it was one of the least best deals of the bunch, unlike the ZR24W costing more than 550$ for the A4 version.

For the speakers I own shenneiser Pc350 headphones and I think they are good enough for the card... I don't know much about sound obviously.
