Hello Marele27;

What do you need to fix? We're not sure what a startup PLM is about.

Try Safe Mode. Press and hold the F8 key as your computer starts. You need to press F8 before the Windows logo appears.
Choose Safe Mode or Safe Mode with networking.
Will Windows finish loading?

Advanced startup options (including safe mode)

Can't enter safe mode. They told me - FAIL TO START and FIX PROBLEM THAT ARE PREVENTING. System Restore - Ox8000ffff (familiar?)

Windows 7 failed to start. System Restore - 0x8000FFFF (Catastrophic Failure)
A recent hardware or software change might be the cause.

Did you add any hardware or software just before the problem occurred?
Were any Windows updates just installed?
Had you already tried to do a System Restore?

I added software before it collapsed. Really upgrade one program not Windows. I did tried to use System Restore - still not working. I plan to use "Safe Mode" to remove the program but I can't because not working so.. What should I do?
