So, if we mark out a budget of 200$
and
knowing the gamer need play games at 1080p
and
probably the Nvidia Supporter... but would appreciate ATI if needed...
which would be effective enough?
having known that 550 Ti isn't a good card...

I would have to agree with ubercake.The GTX560ti is the best bang for you buck.

But if your budget isn't flexable I would suggest a 6870.

The 6870 is faster than the GTX460.The 6870 also has better tesselation and multi-card performance.

The HD6850 is on par with the GTX 460 1gb. I would suggest spending the extra for the GTX 560 Ti as others have mentioned. Here is one with free shipping for $195 after rebate;
