Gaming/video streaming pc

I thought I knew where to begin on this, now i'm stuck with what mobo to get that i can overclock that'll support a massive amount of storage, preferably a new mobo with the new UEFI bios for the larger hard drives, but are they worth it yet... I was looking at the lanboy air cases but now not so sure on those either!! Help...
