Sx2803 in antec case

Will gateway sx2803 parts fit in an antec 300 case? I wanted to upgrade my graphics card( I got a Gtx 460) and get a 500w psu because they will not fit in my current case. If it will fit, any ideas for the psu[cpp][/cpp]

It looks to be a micro ATX board so it should fit. Antec, Corsair, Seasonic or XFX would be my pick of a PSU!
