CPU Cleaning

Getting my new Cooler Master 212 pro tomorrow, I took off the stock cooler and cleaned the CPU that is a A6 3650 FM1, I used a lint free screen cleaner and looks clean. Should I also use the alcohol i have its on 70 percent or using the cloth good enough especially when its new and heat sink was only one their about a day or so. Also anyone know the best way to put the paste on the CPU. Let me know

rubbing alcohol, a pea sized blob should be good enough for the hyper 212.

Ok thanks I will do that. I am using Ceramique 2 paste will that be good or use what ever comes with the hyper 212. I have seen a few videos so just put a dot in the middle and spread it with the heat sink and some use a plastic card or tool to spread it. which method is the best?

The hyper 212 wants you to spread the paste with the heatsink, i think you should use the paste that comes with it! Its pretty good imo
