3D blue ray

ive been having some issues with my 3D blueray player lately. whenever the scene changes or camera to a different *** i get fragments on the image that go away slowly, its really annoying to watch a movie with that,would anyone be able to tell me an issue that may be causing is?

bluray drive is the LG BH12
maximus IV extreme-z MOBO
6970 GPU

is the sata cable plugged in fully? Bad disk? I believe there is gpu accelration on amd cards for blu ray. Is it getting full power?
