But i could fit my DDR3 ram in the board. Specification mentinoed in the box is 1333\1066 RAM is supported

DDR3 and DDR2 are physically different so you can't put a ddr3 stick into a ddr2 slot - it won't fit. so your answer is no.

1066/1333 are heavily o/c e'd DDR2 specs in this instance. DDR2 did go to 1333 it just wasnt common. My old Gigabyte EP45 DS4P supported up to 1333 DDR2 as well.
