Thank you for taking the time to read this and sharing your opinion.
So I was thinking of getting this combo:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.644166
And all I need now is a good GPU, the max budget on the card is $120-$130 AFTER rebates.
I was thinking a GTX 460, people say thats a good card, but the only one for my price is the Galaxy 768mb: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814162058
There is also another version that is 256 bit and 1gb for the same price (after rebate) but its sold out of course, and besides, all I hear from reviews and other people is, "Galaxy is a horrible company with bad customer service, they don't honor rebates" and "The cooling is HORRRIBLLLE, once I applied some QUALITY thermalpaste it made all the difference in the world." Yada, blah, yakity yak...
Best GPU ever, (Nvidia preferred) $130 (MAX!!!!) after rebates.
Thanks :p
P.S: My resolution is 720p.

What kind of games do you play (It does help with recommendations)? At 720p you are not going to need a uber powerful Graphics Card to get good frames per second on high settings. A GTX 460 768Mb will do the trick or even things like a Radeon HD 5770 or Nvidia GTS 450 GTX 550Ti. Or older cards even like a GTX 260 will more then likely do 60fps at high settings at 720p. Hope that helps at all, if you can give me more info I can give you a more precise answer.

If it helps, I (Like I said before) just want the best GPU for the budget, GTX 460s are popular and all that jazz, but the lowest price for the good ones, (New, at Newegg) are $150, (After rebates) on the other hand they are atleast good brands. (Asus, MSI, Gigabyte, and EVGA.)
What games? I am ordering in anticipation for Battlefield 3, but I am expecting to play pretty much everything under the sun, thats fun :p (Lol wow it rhymes)

Thanks for the suggestions, I considered a 550ti but somewhere in that price range I might as well go with the better card.
I can fortunately say I have never had any kind of liver in my life. :p

119 after MIR 149 without free shipping same power as the 460 1GB

As for GALAXY hit and miss never forget MIR/CX service but ive heard of some good success as well (GTX 465 overclocks)

after review it looks like the card I mentioned is going to be tops but the galaxy 768 could be a win or lose
100 after rebates is pretty slick

at you resolution even a 5770/6770

I played crysis 2 at that res with a min 32 fps I believe core clock 960 mhz (you might not get that)
