I would consider Antec 300 as well seems to be about the same price.
Although they seem to be pretty close to one another. In any case grab some (1 or 2) 120mm fans for air intake.

Also Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB for HDD only $75 - faster and more reliable.

And get an aftermarket HSF for overclocking such as Cooler Master Hyper TX3 - $48.
Not sure if it comes with thermal paste, ask them, if not then you need some thermal paste as well. ( arctic mx-2 is $9.99 per tube )

the antec 300 is $3 cheaper so ill swap that,
and the spinpoint f3 is $5 more so i could get that,
i was thinking of getting the hyper 212+ i thought i would just get it later, because i wasnt going to overclock right away

What I saw about the 560Ti SLI is that the power usage is about 596W with 4.5GHz 2500k and OC'd GTX560Ti's.
So it will 'barely' cover it - i would really recommend a 750W if you want to SLI.

Good choices would be: Antec HCG-750 ( $142 ) and Corsair TX 750 V2 ( $155 )
I would go with the Corsair, but either one will do.
