KINGSTON 4GB DDR3 1600MHZ running at 1333MHZ! help please

Hi

I can't change the speed to 1600mhz instead of 1333mhz

Motherboard: P8B75-M LX

I bought the computer today ....

Don't let that last screen shot confuse you. All the others show that it is, in fact, running at 1600 (very clearly).
