Yes. Your PC is fine even with 450W power supply. My advice is to buy good brands if you want to have a PSU with 80+ eficiency , and protect your PC.

For example, if there are power variation, a cheap PSU can easily go bang. (and possibly fry other components). Cheap ones don't have overload protection, and ussualy the real Wattage is lower than the one written on it. My opinion, and I can tell you that from my own experience with firecracker PSUs.

I buyed the Intex Spider 500w and that psu have 19 wires in atx out and my old psu have 20 wires. Will the new psu work well?
