What happened??

As the tittle says, what went wrong? Like literally what happen to my computer. I've had this computer for a while now. I was having many problems with my computer and then it eventually stop working, I got curious and opened up my computer and here to find rust and dust everywhere! How do I fix this mess up, I know I have to replace parts and am not planning to spend loads of cash on this computer, but what parts do I need replaced?

Yes I do, I live in Hawaii and the weather can be harsh. That means I should just invest onto another computer right? Also could you tell me what happend, like what caused this?

hot environment, some of your parts possibly could have gotten wet, that's prob why there is rust.
