Replacing Motherboard

Presently I have

Intel Core i3 530 2.93 Ghz Processor
Intel DH55TC Mother Board
Kingston 4X1 1333 Mhz Ram


Correct me if I am wrong, my CPU is bottled up because of Mobo + Ram.

If so what are my replacement option (exclude Processor)

What video adapter are you using? What makes you think you have a bottleneck?

ASUS Nvidia GTX 650 Ti + Corsair 650W

You dont need mobo replacement for bottleneck. And i dont think your cpu is bottlenecking your gpu.

Why do you think there is bottleneck? Game lag? Low fps?

Easy way to check gpu bottleneck is using gpu-z soft to see gpu usage via sensor tab.

Replace Mobo for more FSB - Suggestions?
Replace RAM for Higher Frequency ?

Mobo will not increase bus unless you overclock cpu. Also higher memory speed will do nothing in game performance.

Here are my pc details again, please suggest what I should do to increase in game performance or the FPS.

PSU Crosair 650W
Graphic Card died - Planning on Nvidia 550 Ti or 560 Ti

Go for gtx650ti to improve frame in games. Only gpu upgrade can increase your fps now.
