Eeeek !

Could someone point out an after market Heat Sink.

It needs to fit the case CiT Venus

And be compatible with Socket AM3 (938)

My Specs are as follows :

MB : A780L3L It's Micro ATX

My PSU is being upgraded tomorrow to a 600 Watt from a 450 watt.

I have 8G of DDR3 Ram

My Procesor AMD Athlon(tm) II X4 645 Processor

Core Speed 3100.2 MHz

I'm running Windows 7

That temp was recorded IDLE!

My case height for heat sinks is around the 145mm Mark

Appreciate some help here people !

Wonder why Speefan gave those results ? Little odd ?

I think I will upgrade, after I saw those temps I removed the Heat sink to find very little thermal paste so I may as-well considering I'm upgrading Graphics and PSU..

Any idea on what Heat Sinks would be best for me ?

before you get the upgrade remove the old paste put new one then replace the heat sink so you could still use your mobo,could check for the 212 evo from cooler master some other member could suggest you something else that will be as good as the cooler master
