I can not overclock my z68xp-ud3 with my new i-5 3570k. After reading on internet it says i need to update bios to uefi. I have tried everything and it will not work.

To get the bios updated you do have to load the bios file and there isn't much we can do over the internet your the one there and you have to load the bios file. If you can't do it then you may have to take the board to a computer repair shop , if you live near one or even a Best Buy and let the Geek Squad do it for you. The final option would be to sebd it back to the manufacturer and have them do it.
If you have the owners manual of the MB then it has detailed steps on how to upgrade the bios , it's very easy to do and if you follow the instructions you should be able to do it.
