I cant get uefi on my z68xp-ud3 to update

You may not be able to get it to work but you do know howe to post questions, this is the third post about the same subject that I have seen from you. One post is suffiecent. This is what I wrote on the first post in case you haven't read it yet.
To get the bios updated you do have to load the bios file and there isn't much we can do over the internet your the one there and you have to load the bios file. If you can't do it then you may have to take the board to a computer repair shop , if you live near one or even a Best Buy and let the Geek Squad do it for you. The final option would be to sebd it back to the manufacturer and have them do it.
If you have the owners manual of the MB then it has detailed steps on how to upgrade the bios , it's very easy to do and if you follow the instructions you should be able to do it.

Thank You. I have read the book. searched on the internet. done everything that i find to do. what i get is bad id check error everytime. I have loaded in optimized defaults. I am now wondering if the gigabyte z68xp-ud3 is a good motherboard. my@bios show rev1.0 and the board clearly shows 1.3. AS far as a teck i unfortuanatly live 75 miles from the closest teck. Teh only way to even attempt a bios update is by qflash on this system. My processor is the 1-5 3750k which i have read that this mobo will not work with it.

The motherboard should work with it but you need the bios change , does the board you have come with dual bios? A lot of Gigabyte boards do , so I would switch to the other bios and you do that by changing a jumper setting on the MB. Once you switch to the other bios then try the upgrade again to see if it will now work.
I have had a Gigabyte board that after using for several months came up with a defective bios chip and the chip itself had to be replaced and once it was the board worked fine so I wouldn't rule out a defective bios chip.
