Slow fps in Rift

Hi, I read in forum and had the same problem and did what they did, no better results. This also happens in WOW. I do have to bouble click to get a response from my keyboard or wait a sec or 2 to get a response. Can you help me, thanks...:>)

This is prob internet lag... Not slow FPS..

System specs and http://www.speedtest.net/ and we should be able to figure out what is wrong.

Hi, and thanks. Ping 30 ms; download 2.68 mbs; upload 0.61 mbs. I do not know how to check what I was promoise.
