Need Help what motherboard for my i5 2400 3,1G

i have this :
processor intel i5 2400 3,1G
video card Sapphire Radeon HD7770 Vapor-X 1GB 128-Bit
memory Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8GB PC16000

and i plan for building computer, what i know my series 2400 doesn't allow for overclocking, coz without "K" series

im confuse coz lots store give me suggest to bought H77 or Z77...
but when i check in forum many threads explain H77 and Z77 asrock its for overclocking, and my 2400 has a locked multiplier, so i must get a "k" series to unlock the multiplier for overclocking.

so i think uselesss if i use h77 or z77 right?and i dont really need motherboard with overclocking system, beside the price for z77 out of my budget..

Pls all pro in here, give me advice, what mobo i must use..and my budget $100 (more bit is ok)
