Boot Device Led and VGA Led on ASUS M5A99X EVO

Hey guys, its my first build and everything was all and well until I tried to plug it in and turn it on.
It won't POST at all. It has both the VGA led and the Boot Device led and I'm at a loss. I've been browsing the forum to troubleshoot with no avail.
I cleared the CMOS and still nothing.
Im running a EVGA GTX 480. I tried both the DVI port and HDMI port and still nothing. Any help would be amazing.

Welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums,
First, check to make sure your graphics card is firmly seated in it's slot (often takes more pressure than you would think).
Also check to make sure all connections on the motherboard (and optical drives/HDD's are firmly seated.
