PCI express connector compatibility

Im just starting my new build, and I had a quick question about my PSU. Is there anyway someone could help me with a walk through on how to connect my my Corsair cx430 to my ASRock h61m-vs motherboard.

Connect the 20+4 connector from the psu to the matching header on the motherboardboard.
Split the 4+4 connector and connect either side to the 4 pin cpu power header.
Done
