Hello, I'm thinking of building a budget gaming PC and I want to know if people think it's worth it...
The specs are;
GeForce GTX 550Ti 1GB
Asus M4A78LT-M KE 760G AM3 mobo
AMD Phenom II X4 840 3.2ghz
Kingston 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 RAM at 1333mhz
Seagate Barracuda 500gb SATA HDD 6gb/s 7200rpm

They are the main bits and with the tower (with 620w PSU) and dvd drive it totals at $549.84 AUD, is it worth it? :/

Thanks for replying :)
Yeah, the case comes with a 630w PSU.
I'm a year 10 student on a tight budget but my parents iMac does not really cut it for gaming.... Will this get acceptable frame rates with Dx10 games at resolutions under 1600 x 1400?

Oh I should add, Crysis 1 and 2, Skyrim (not Dx10 atm) and Battlefield 3 are what I'm thinking, and I only have access to a CRT monitor until January

Yeah, Games like Crysis 2 will run at high details at 1680x1050 on that 955 + 6850 Combo!

BTW, That case doesn't come with a power supply.

BTW, If you have no plans of upgrading the CPU in the near future, you don't need an AM3+ board. Just get a cheaper AM3 one.
