Which ram configuration for Gigabyte EX58A-UD3R

I am currently thinking of upgrading my ram, but I am very confused by the mirage of options available, I use my system mainly for gaming. Please advise on the best upgrade for my system:
- CPU: Intel Core i7 930 2.80GHz
- Motherboard: Gigabyte EX58A-UD3R
- Graphics Card:Gtx 670
- RAM: Kingston HyperX 6GB (3x2GB) DDR3-12800CL9 (1600MHz) Tri-Channe

want to pick up another 6g kit of dimms or a kit of 2 dimms and a single dimm if they dont make 3 dimm kits anymore.
x58 needs three dimms to run the best with ram.

Hi thanks for the reply, just ordered another 6g kit of 3 of the same i have, I take it
if it runs best with 3 dimm, me putting six wont make it unstable?
