Intel i7 2600k Motherboard

I'm looking to make myself a computer this time, so I though about making it an Intel i7 2600k. I'm confused picking a motherboard, so that's why I need your help. I need one that will fit well with the processor, but not an really expensive one. I have an older ASUS EAH4350 SILENT/DI/1GD2 video card, let me know if I can use it while doing this computer.
