Solved

Which motherboard should I get?

I have a choice between:

ASUS Maximus IV Gene-z

or

AsRock Fatal1ty Z68 Professional Gen3

I'm not sure which ones better, but I heard the RoG motherboards have legendary quality. All I need is SLI capability and Overclock potential, which both fit the part.

Question is,

Which board is better? (Has more features, like RAID, OC/HW software, longivity, I/O features, etx;)

The Asus board is the better board because of the ROG theme that includes software and bios options that are geared for gamers and overclockers.
I personaly like the Asus ROG boards and have bought all of the Rampage Extreme boards and currently have the Rampage Extreme IV. I just like the bios options with the overclocking of both the cpu and the ram. There are even preset overclocks in case you don't want to mess with all the settings and want a quick stable overclock.
  2. I prefer ASRock for <$150 boards but at that price, I'd agree with inzone that ROG boards are better. Why the micro form factor though? I would never spend that much on a mATX board unless space was a factor.

ah, sorry didn't see the rebate. Did you also find a AsRock Z68 Professional Gen3 for a similar price? It'd have to be used I assume.
