No. With Nvidia cards, they have to be the same model card (ie 560 ti) with the same amount of memory. Brand can be different, though model and VRAM have to match.

To be fair, you can't CF cards that different either. You can CF a 6870 and a 6850, but you can't CF a 6870 with a 6950. AMD is however a lot more forgiving in CF then Nvidia is in SLI.
