PC freezes when running heavy games. Power supply?

Hi all!
So, I've got a bit of a problem. When I run heavy games such as Batman Arkham City or Skyrim, SOMETIMES, my computer freezes and I can't move the mouse or do anything else then shutting it off manually and rebooting it.
It doesn't really have a specific pattern of when it occurs. I can play for a long time without any problems, but sometimes it just stops working after 5 min.
Power Supply: (think this might be the problem?)
Size PS2
Voltage 200 - 240V
Frequency 50 – 60 Hz
Max. Output up to 350W
PCU: Intel core 2 Q6600 quad core 2,4 ghz.
Video card: ATI Radeon 5750 HD (1gb)
RAM: 4gb DDR2
Motherboard: Fujitsu Siemens: MS-7379VP
Chipset: Intel P35/G33/G31

Thanks in advance to anyone willing to take a look!

More about freezes running heavy games power supply
  1. If your psu has a max output of 350W = that's the problem.
Combined with the fact that your gpu is less then ideal.
    Goes hand in hand imo.
Remedy = more ram,new psu and gpu.
