Asus P8Z77-VPRO Asmedia Serial ATA 6Gb/s connectoin

Hello,
I'm building a pc based on p8z77-vpro.
I have a SSD agility3 60GB and seagate barracuda 1TB. I've got somehow confused between using sata6g_e1 & e2 which is called ASmedia and sata6g which is called Intel Z77 for these two hard drive. Which one does anyone suggest using?

For connecting the SSD to the sata3 (6 gb/s) port you should connect it to the Intel supported port , the Seagate hard drive doesn't matter but if you have no other sata 3 drives then you can connect that one also to the Intel.

Which one is much faster?! And What is a diffrence between them?

The Intel will give you what the SSD is rated for and the Asmedia will be somewhat slower. I don't know why that is but I have had several SSDs tested on the Marvel , Asmedia and Intel controllers and the sesults were all the same. The Intel gave the rated speeds and the other two did not.
