im confusd what to buy ..among these which is quietier and cooler one

msi is better quality. Probably cooler/quieter as well, though those tend to be in an indirect relationship to each other sometimes

Find both on newegg and you can choose to compare them. See what their stock specs are like but that wouldn't matter if you plan to overclock the cards anyway. And yes, MSI is known for better quality than XFX.
