Hello,
I'm a new PC builder and recently buy:

Asus P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3
Corsair Vengeance (2x4GB) CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9
i5-3570k

but when I put everything together DRAM_LED and CPU_LED keep flashing red and system restarts every 5 sek.
I try to use 1 RAM stick in all slots, try to use MemOK! button, but still problem stays the same.

My MOBO use 0402 version BIOS, maybe I need to install 3304 or 3402, but I dont have video.
Any ideas?
Thank you for support!

It's so stressful when you build your first build and something don't work. :(

Yep, that's the problem. You need BIOS version 3202 for the 3570K.

Unfortunately, the only way to flash the BIOS in its current state is with a Sandy Bridge CPU installed. No other way to do it and no way around it.

Thank you. Do for 3570K I can use only version 3202 or its going to work also with 3304 version?

And last question do I need Sandy Bridge i3, i5, i7 or I can also use

Intel Celeron Dual-Core G530 2.4 GHz Processor with Socket 1155, L3 2Mb, Sandy Bridge, 32nm?

Yeah, any BIOS after 3202 will work too, and you can use any Sandy Bridge CPU, so that Celeron will do just fine.

Thank you again for info :) Now I need to wait for Sandy Bridge CPU and than I will update results.
Do I need to download OS: Windows 7 64bit (Global (DLM)) if I planing to use it, but its not installed yet?

You're welcome, and for the BIOS, it doesn't really matter. That's not OS dependent.

Thank you m8 for your help and time ;) I updated my MOBO to version 3402 and everything is running grate now.
Those red lights on MOBO just flashes when I start my PC and after they go off. Is it normal and I don't need to worry about it?
