Mobo and GPU compatibility?

It will fit in the PCIe slot on your motherboard no problem. The question is will it fit in your case. Those that I've seen have been 8.5" to 9.1" long and have the PCIe 6-pin power connector off the back end which you also have to account for from a length standpoint.

What kind of case do you have?

I have a NZXT Gamma so I should have plenty of room.

You're fine then. PCIe x16 slots are a standard slot size; no matter what the motherboard's size is. That micro-ATX board is even SLI or crossfire cabable. Its really a cool micro ATX board configuration.
