should i use the money for a good case or spend it for a greater GPU

prebuilt

CPU: i3 2100
MOBO: ASrock H61M-VS
RAM : 1333 (4x2GB) Ripjaw G.skill
HDD : 500GB seagate 7200
CASE : NZXT Source 210here in philipines its 1980Pesos with only 1 fan pre installed = more or less 46$
PSU : Corsair GS600
GPU : Palit GTX550ti Sonic

OR

CPU: i3 2100
MOBO: ASrock H61M-VS
RAM : 1333 (4x2GB) Ripjaw G.skill

CASE : D010BR transparent side black=10$

GPU : Palit GTX560 OC Edition

I know if you have a great case U will have a good airflow and cable management.

BUT if you were to choose which one

If the generic case suits your needs and lets you get a better video card, go for it.

You need to be aware, though, that fit and finish will likely not be as good. One of the things you do not generally get with a generic case is rolled edges inside the case. You may see a lot of sharp edges.
