New Build wont power up?!

New Gigabyte 990FXA-UD5 (2nd Replaceent), AMD Phenom quad core, New Corsair 600w PSU, 8Gb (2 x 4Gb) Corsair DDR3.
Old PCI ATI Radeon Graphics card. Fans run. No POST bleeps, No video display. Anyone got any suggestions. Thanks
