For the past year I have been slowly upgrading my computer and I think it's about time to get a new motherboard and i just don't know which one to get. I have a Intel i5-2400k lga 1155. Im looking for one that has at least 2 sata 6/gbs and DDR3 memory 1600 MHz. My price range preferably around $150 but I can go up to $200. and im even good with micro atx

and I was thinking about this one

Those two are really good motherboards with the Z77 chipset, which will support the newer Ivy bridge CPUs (if you plan on upgrading in the future)
The ASUS mobo has 2 SATA 6gb/s ports while the ASROCK has 4 6gb/s ports and supports 4 sticks of RAM @ 1600Mhz and both are very reasonably priced
