  1. buy on newegg.com everything is cheaper there.
thats one expensive power supply for its low wattage. try this
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182200

this hard drive is as good for less, use promo code EMCKAHH23 to save $5

you can get 6870s for the price of that 6850

  2. First, where are you buying from. If Newegg (and US) one suggestion is How far are you from a microcenter - If unknown checkout nearest location. Reason: microcent is normally cheaper for a CPU/MB combo. Plus the added advantage is, if unlucky and get a defective MB it is much easier to return/replace.

Now for the Build (I'm using newegg as a reference).
GPU: You might be able to get a 6870 for that price: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102948
PSU: I think you could be able to get a 450-600 Watt PSU for less (Do Not get a cheapy and alway look for a review. A 2nd consideration - A 2nd 6870 would make an excellent choice for an upgrade say a yr or 2 down line. The 450 would not handle this.
    520 W Seasonic: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151094
    My choice corsair TX 650W ($85 , $70 after MIR) would handle 2 6870s xfire: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139020
ADDED: farrengottu, PSU choice is lower cost and would be a good buy. End added

HD, I'm prefer the Samsung F3 1 TB drive.
