Ok I bought a computer from cyberpower pc and I plugged everything In but there is a problem with my monitor.

I have a 17" dell monitor from 05 that I was planning to use with the computer.
I plugged In the power cable and plugged it into the computer, but the screen does not show up.
No picture comes up, the only thing that lights up is the power button on the monitor(orange)
I tried another monitor(the one I am using on this computer that i am on now) but same problem.
The monitor works because I plugged it into this computer and it worked.

I did not install windows 7 or any drivers on my new pc because that would be impossible, please help me!

A new "working" pc should have some video. Did you try to remove the gpu and use the onboard? Does your pc even post(beeps)?

You put the card in didn't you?

Some PC's don't have the speaker that will sound the post beep. The post beep is the motherboard checking all of the hardware and making sure everything is working before it starts to load the OS.If it does not beep then that means somethings wrong.Although you did say that the computer works it's just the monitor.

What are your full system specs?

He said the monitor works because it plugged it into another pc. You should return the pc or open it up ( will not damage if you are careful). If there are no beeps it means the pc is at fault not the monitor.
