Amd Sempron 145 normal temps?

I have an AMD sempron 145 OC'ed to 3.3ghz and it runs at 34C idle and 45C load, room temperature is about 18C. Are these normal temperatures? Will they go up if the room temperature goes up? (Its winter right now ![:D]( ":D")
) Also, will applying MX-2 help?
