Motherboard/case question

Ok so my main question is the case i want does NOT have usb 3.0 on it but the motherboard has the connectors for it and i was just making sure that nothing bad would happen if i didint use them

pc part picker picked this up
it said:

nothing bad would happen if you did not use them


you could get an add in optical bay usb3 hub later tho

Actually i learned that this case now comes with a 3.0 usb and a 2.0 usb so i guess this question is now pointless
