My JetWay JBI-500 wont recognize 4 stiks of memory

I have a JetWay JBI-500 and it is suppose to take a max of 16GB of memory. I tried to install 16 in 4 dimms, 4x4GB but it would not boot to bios . It will however take 8 GB 2x4GB but will nort take any more. It will work in any 2 dimms but not all 4. Any suggestions?

you may have to bump the north bridge and dram volatage with all four dimms. try 1.65v and three dimms. then try the four dimm.

I looked in the Bios and the dram voltage was 1.76v. I am not familure with the bios I think I was looking at the right item line. Is it possible to give me a quick lesson on where to look in the bios?
