GTS 450 required 400 watts but my generic PSU(cheap) 600wattts will it run good?

I wouldn't put any of my money into a system with a generic power supply. I recommend you work on upgrading that first.

No of course Generic PSU can Damage UR VgA in any moment and gts450 requires a good powersupply with a 6 pin connector you must upgrade UR PSU first at least with a good 400 W PSU

what exact make and model PSU is it? If its Diablotek, run quick! before it explodes.
