Hi there, since upgrading to Wim7 Ult sp1 my graphics don't work properly.
I cannot use/Enable my ATI hd4250 onboard graphics after doing so after windows boot screen then says out of range, I also have ATI 2400 HD Pci-e and ATI saphire 5550 HD Pci-e and the result's are the same, I'm thinking it is my vga monitor? Can anyone help with this please, thanks in advance.

Can you boot the system into safe mode and keep the display on the screen?

your resolution is to high
connect a monitor with higher resolution and put it down to the resolution of your vga monitor
you can also put a Nvidia card in your pc and delete the AMD/ATI drives (with drivercleaner) and then you have to shutdown the system and change to your integrated graphic card - then install the AMD driver again
or reinstall Windows 7

Yeah I'm on it now guys, It's my Monitor is too old and vga will not support the digital interface it is trying to communicate with, Luckily I have a 42" LG on the way so I will connect via HDMI and hopefully Job Done!?
Thanks for the feedback. :p
