Hello, I am looking for a good $130 board for OC
(Preferably Gigabyte or ASUS)

i5-2500k + Zalman CNPS7x LED looking for 4.5 Ghz
GTX 570
720W PSU Gigabyte


note: I know many would suggest ASRock, it's okay but I may not be able to get one so an alternative would be great!

What country, and is this for future SLI (dual vid cards), and is this for gaming, video editing...like what's the primary purpose of this build?

It's okay. Well, I agree with orionite choice then. I found one from Biostar with seems promising and as well as AsRock, but you mentioned you cannot get them ATM.
