Which motherboard should I get?

Hey guys, I've almost finished designing my first build. Before I buy all the parts, I just wanted some more expert opinions on which motherboard to get. My CPU is going to be an AMD Phenom II x4 965 Black Edition. I'm firmly set on this. I'm getting a GTX 560 as my GPU, and I'm not planning on overclocking anytime in the near future. My budget is $70 I've selected this one, but I just want to see if there's anything else out there that's a better buy. Thanks in advance!

Which one have you selected? For 70 you can't get much of a modern MB.
