Everything is compatible. However i recommend filling this out: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/261222-13-build-advice in order to get the best build advice.

I also don't see any RAM listed? 8GB (2x4GB) 1600MHz, DDR3, CL9 RAM is generally considered the best value for money. G.Skill and Corsair are popular choices.

650w PSU is a little over-kill for a single card. 500w should be plenty for a single GTX 560Ti and 750w recommended for SLI (since you've chosen an SLI ready motherboard i presume you plan to SLI at some point? - If not, you could buy a motherboard ALOT cheaper).

Along with a 500w PSU, ASRock Extreme3 Gen3 would be a great motherboard choice. It does support SLI but at a much better price than ASUS Z68-v PRO without being too much more expensive than non-SLI motherboards and at $125 is a great buy.

the problem is that new egg doen't ship internationally and tigerdirect doesnt sell this board

Hi there I would put a 2500k in insted of the 2600k if your planning on just gaming then spend the extra money on a bigger ssd.
Tiger direct doesnt have that many mobos try and find a site that has the asrock ex 3 g3 or asus p8z69v lx somthing like that will do keep the psu and get a mobo with sli compatibility cause for 50-100 extra you can put another card in there instead of building a new rig
