System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Movies, Internet, etc.

Parts Not Required: keyboard, mouse.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg

Parts Preferences: by brand or type: Intel CPU, preferably i5-2500k.

Overclocking: yes( i dont know how though )

SLI or Crossfire: later, maybe.

Monitor Resolution: 1600x1200

Additional Comments: I cant RMA, a family member is sending the parts to me from the US.

PS:- I already chose a case= Lancool PC-k62 Dragonlord

Help appreciated.

Going by visual only, the cooler should fit. Check the specs for maximum clearance. The 212+ isn't the biggest either.

You forgot a hard drive. Other changes would be a Z68 motherboard, better PSU (even TH wasn't happy with the PSU in the recent $1000 build) and probably a bump to GTX570 or HD6970. Both can be found for around $300 now.

I've got a list of parts already, help me out with this?

Case: Lian LI Lancool PC-K62

Mobo: Asus P8P67-Deluxe

Proc:i5-2500k(or maybe i should wait for bulldozer)

VidCard: Sapphire AMD radeon HD 6950

PSU: Corsair GS600 Gaming Series

RAM: 2x4 G.skill sniper DDR3 1600 MHZ

Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212+

Win7 Home Professional Retail Box

Did i miss anything?
