Computer Case - Best Bang For Your Buck

Last response: in Components

I am finished with my entire build I've assembled but am just TORN between computer cases. I preferably want a mid-tower and over the past day or two have been researching every case that comes to mind thoroughly and still cannot make a decision. I'm looking for good cable management. I'm also not sure how important having USB 3.0 ports, fan controllers, and Dust Filters are at this point in time- I just got back into the hobby recently.

Leaders of the pack as of this moment [in my mind]:

CM Storm Sniper

CM HAF 922

CM HAF 912

Antec Nine Hundred Two V3

My current build is an i5 2500k, Asus Z68 Mobo, Single nVidia GTX 570. Going to run 1 HDD and 1 SDD.

And, if possible, your best recommendation for a 750W power supply around $100-115. I had this in mind:

Thanks!

Hmmm, what about the HAF 912? Does it have functional dust filters all around? I don't think the HAF 922 does or I would've gotten that already. Thanks for the replies though guys, I'm probably stressing the damn thing too much. Was also considering the cheaper Corsair 400R.

Yep it has dust filters all around!

The HAF 912 doesn't have dust filters all around it. Just mesh but barely any dust filters. There's a difference between mesh and dust filters. I just looked online and say a HAF 912 Advanced. I'd never seen a 912 Advanced before, funny find! It's priced higher but it's a but more updated than the regular 912.

I really like Corsair cases because of their extremely good build quality and cable management. I would get the 500r rather than the CM Storm and the 400r rather than the 912. The 400r has dust filters only in the front (where the intake fans are) but none on the top or side. But you can always get cheap magnetic dust filters somewhere else.

Sweet deal, probably going to get that HAF 912...that $50 price versus $150 is a sizeable difference. Thanks a lot for the quick feedback. :wahoo:

Which do you prefer between the Antec and the HAF davcon?

I actually own a 902 and it's really well built, cool and quiet, fits all my needs.
Hard to compare it to a case that cost much less.
What i will say is the HAF 912 offers alot for the price = lots of space and large fan mounts.
I haven't heard any major complaints about it.
Both are great cases imo.
Hard to go wrong with an Antec or CM case = i own a CM690II and a 430Elite too.
The HAF 912 is a really good bargain gaming case.
You might like the Enforcer = more or less identical interior and layout as 912 but has all the extras

I'm such an indecisive idiot. Now, as I'm waiting for my credit card, I'm debating between the Corsair 650D and the Fractal Design Midi. However...if magnetic, cheap dust filters can be bought for optional fan mounts, it changes the ballgame for me. You guys are great though. Loving this quick feedback.
