ok up date on parts u will see 2 card in GRAPHICS CARD this is because im not sure on which 1 to get so ur feedback the would be ace and again thankyou to all with this mass help ok the parts......

Huh? That's painful to read and it doesn't even make any sense.

New build is two words, not one.

Update is one word, not two.

Into is one word, not two.

You need to fill out the new build form in the new build section. Nobody can suggest you anything without knowing your usage, future intentions or budget. For instance, if you plan to SLI in the future, that power supply will not be sufficient.

sorry bad spelling not my strong point its meant for gaming and and as for power what would u say would be best its all new parts just want to cheak that this is ok b4 i buy

But I can tell you right off the bat, several things need changing. (depending on budget, of course.)
-drop to the i5-2500k.
-Get the ASRock Gen3 Extreme4.
-Look into the Hyper 212+ as a CPU cooler.
-Look into SSD's

I'll be able to give you a bit more help once I know more ;)
