P8Z77-V-lx stuck in an infinite reboot loop

I have done all i can do. I have even tried different ram and no ram. no problems indicated by leds and if i boot to a new install and reformat and install it works until restart on installation and then i am stuck into the infinite reboot loop. Followed asus's instruction and no change. Any help would be appreciated.

u tried removing bios battery for 5 minutes
u checked your harddisk for bad sector
u tried another copy of windows
