Hello,

I recently put together my new computer, but when I connect it to the monitor, it says "no VGA input". The computer boots up fine (eg. all the case fans work, the hard drive works, the GPU fan and CPU fan both spin), but it just doesn't work. Also, the USB inputs don't work (I tried plugging my keyboard in and it didn't light up like it usually does). Here are my specs:

Asus Crosshair V formula
AMD phenom X6 1090t
Sapphire 6970 GPU
1tb western digital hard drive
TX950w corsair power supply

There is a red LED (the VGA LED, located on the motherboard next to the 24 pin connector) that is on. Does that mean there's a problem with my GPU, or motherboard, or both? Thanks in advance for any help

wow..... ok so there is a Input button on your monitor somewhere. Its usually on the right or bottom right side. It may have a Arrow pointing into a Box. Press that until you see a picture. Give it five seconds between each press.
