Asrock Z77 extreme3 vs extreme4

What are the main differences between the Asrock Z77 extreme3 and Z77 extreme4 and are they worth a 40$ difference? I can get the extreme3 for 99$ after MIR and the extreme4 for 129$ after MIR what one should I order. Or thoughts on a better board for that price.

2 more usb3, a esata port and a 8+4 phase power design vs 8+3.

you are better off with the extreme4. make sure to bundle it with a i3570k to save some cash
